Kayla Konovitch

Kayla Konovitch leads EisnerAmper's Private Equity (PE) practice, where she oversees the firm’s strategic investments in the private equity sector. With a comprehensive understanding of the PE lifecycle, she supports PE enterprises, funds, firms, and their portfolio companies. Under her leadership, the firm offers three core solutions: fund solutions, deal services, and portfolio company optimization for middle-market deals. Kayla has advanced the Private Equity Enterprise Solution, which adopts a holistic approach to address client needs across, geographies, industries, and services, driving value throughout the PE lifecycle.

With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, Kayla provides tax consulting services, including strategic tax planning, M&A transaction advisory, and compliance support for her clients. Her specialization includes working with private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices, GP vehicles, and management companies. Additionally, she has significant experience collaborating with portfolio companies, closely held businesses and family offices.

Recognized for her contributions to the industry, Kayla was named one of Crain’s New York Business Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting for 2021. She actively contributes to the firm’s newsletter, Engaging Alternatives, where she writes articles of interest for investors and professionals in the asset management sector. Kayla has also served as a panelist and moderator at private equity and venture capital roundtables and has presented webcasts on various topics, including tax reform and qualified small business stock.
