Michael Shuster

Michael Shuster is a Director in the Outsourced Real Estate Services Group and has over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing audit, tax, and consulting services to clients in the real estate industry. 

Michael is responsible for overseeing the leadership and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate Outsourced Services team, managing its operational strategies, and fostering strong relationships with his clients. Michael provides a variety of services to real estate clients, including, but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate companies, hotels, development projects, and private equity real estate funds. His responsibilities consist of planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities for clients. Michael strives to help clients standardize their processes by adding efficiencies and utilizing technology, as well as process and procedure implementation. 

Michael launched his career at a mid-sized public accounting firm, where he advanced to the role of senior auditor. Michael demonstrated a strong ability to manage audit engagements, including overseeing the planning process, supervising staff, conducting substantive and analytical testing procedures, and preparing comprehensive financial statements.
