Michelle DiTroia is a Managing Director in the Outsource Finance and Accounting practice within the firm's Real Estate Services Group. With over 20 years of real estate industry experience, Michelle specializes in financial management, and accounting, demonstrating expertise in leading ERP conversions, mergers, and implementations, along with proficiency in financial reporting, consolidations, and auditing, and is skilled in utilizing technical tools like MRI, Kyriba, Workday, and Concur.

Michelle is responsible for leading and growing the firm's Real Estate Outsourced Services team, supervising the operations and strategies of the team, and maintaining relationships with Clients. She is experienced in delivering a variety of services customized for clients in the real estate sector, including REITs, residential buildings, commercial properties, and mixed-use developments. Michelle's exceptional leadership and mentoring skills have been demonstrated through her ability to create and manage highly successful teams. A detail-oriented and client-focused professional, Michelle excels at communication and collaboration.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle oversaw the daily operations of the corporate accounting department at one of the largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets in North America.
