EisnerAmper, a leading global business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that partner Arthur Khaimov has been named a 2025 Emerging Leader by the New York State Society of CPAs (NYCPA).

The NYCPA annually honors those accounting professionals, all under the age of 40, who are excelling in their careers, have substantial involvement in their communities, reside or work in New York State, and are members of the NYCPA. This year’s class of ten deserving individuals were either self-nominated or nominated by colleagues or peers.

Arthur is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, with more than 15 years of experience. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to a broad range of real estate and corporate clients. Arthur’s background includes expertise with public and private mortgage and equity REITs, debt funds, and real estate private equity. He also advises on tax structuring for REITs and real estate private equity funds.

“Arthur is not only having a major impact on the firm but on the real estate sector as a whole. And he has so much more to achieve,” said Lisa Knee, Managing Partner and national leader of EisnerAmper’s Real Estate practice and the National Real Estate Private Equity Group, and the National Real Estate Tax Leader. “Congratulations to Arthur on this well-deserved accolade, and congratulations to all of this year’s honorees.”
