John Delalio

John Delalio is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services group. John leads teams focused on providing small to mid-sized businesses with high-value accounting, financial, and operational support that goes well beyond basic bookkeeping.  

With over 25 years of experience, John brings a unique blend of finance, technology, and operational expertise. He understands the challenges commercial businesses face, from project-based accounting and cash flow management to compliance, forecasting, and leadership reporting. 

John helps clients modernize and streamline their financial operations by leveraging cloud-based technologies such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Bill, and more and designing solutions that support scalability, transparency, and profitability. He is adept at understanding how to mine important data out of information systems and presenting that data in a meaningful and actionable way.  

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, John held senior leadership roles across industries, including IT services, healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. His cross-industry perspective and engineering mindset allow him to create and implement systems that work across diverse business models. 

John is also a member of EisnerAmper’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Services Group and serves on the Board of Directors of NY Tech Alliance, a nonprofit supporting New York’s technology community.
