Herb Taylor

Herb Taylor is a Manager in the firm’s Outsourcing Services Group and has three decades of experience in hospitality operations and client enablement. Herb specializes in providing business management and hospitality consulting services. He helps restaurants and hospitality businesses optimize workflows and boost profitability through the strategic use of tailored technologies.

With extensive experience in SaaS restaurant management platforms, 
and Herb Herb helps develop and implement tools for reporting, inventory tracking, and operational oversight. He helps clients with the insights they need to improve efficiency and drive growth. He works closely with business owners to align operational processes with long-term objectives, ensuring that both day-to-day performance and strategic direction are supported.

Before joining the firm, Herb served as Director of Customer Enablement for a hospitality software company. In this role, he led onboarding and support initiatives that helped clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. 

Herb is also a frequent speaker and writer on restaurant operations. He is known for integrating practical advice with real-world anecdotes to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
